Complaint Handler - Huntswood : Job Details

• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Start Date: March 2025
• Day Rate: £155 a day (Umbrella only recruitment - we can assist you with this)
• Location: Glasgow City Centre (Full-time in office for training and sign-off, then hybrid working available - 3 days a week in office)

• Experience: Proven experience in investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Location Commitment: Willingness to work at our Central Glasgow office.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in navigating in-house databases.
• Technical Proficiency: Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
