Solsken limited are seeking an experienced (complex care) Manager to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in the Nottinghamshire region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational compliance of all care packages in their region.
Description:
- Managing and monitoring recruitment needs for the packages of care.
- Quality assurance
- Ensuring service user inclusion in all aspects of care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations
- Providing continual support to all seniors and staff members in your region
- Working as part of an integral team within the organisation and communicating effectively
- Taking part in the out of hours support on rota basis - ensuring all staff and service users are supported 24/7
- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a safe service to all our clients
- 1st stage reconciliation of time sheets
- Providing quality leadership and management
- Maintaining good working relationships and liaising with staff, service users, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Identifying risks and implementing risk management strategies
- Completing fortnightly visits
- Attending monthly meetings at the head office
- Providing reports
Requirements:
- High organisational skills
- Time management skills
- Working as part of an integral team within the organisation
- Level 4/5 Leadership and management
- You must be able to work flexible hours
- You must hold a full UK drivers licence and own your own vehicle
