Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to support students with complex needs.
• Implement tailored learning activities and interventions.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
• Provide personal care and support during school activities and outings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
• Knowledge of SEN and strategies to support students with complex needs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3) are advantageous.
