Job Title: Compliance Administrator Environmental (ISO14001)

Location: Hatfield

Salary: £27,000

Benefits: HUGE list of company benefits plus 1-2 days a week WFH.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00pm

Must Have; Business Environmental or Law based Degree, Knowledge of ISO14001 & Environmental Management Systems

Purpose of role:

To maintain and monitor the on-going compliance activities of the business ensuring all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, documented and communicated

Duties-

• Maintain all necessary requirements, in order to retain the Branch ISO14001 accreditation
• Oversee Branch environmental audits and ensure they meet the standard requirements
• Report Battery and WEEE data on quarterly basis as a regulatory compliance obligation
• Complete compliance spreadsheets and check sheets, monitoring branch progress
• Assist with adhoc audits, the completion of various Compliance spreadsheets and check sheets, monitoring the progress
• Administrate various Compliance training activities i.e. e-Learning
• Upload and maintain policies and procedures on the Branch intranet
• Liaise with the business units to maintain compliance and awareness

To be considered for this role you must-

• Environmental or Business related degree
• Strong knowledge of ISO14001
• Environmental Management Systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to undertake a variety of analysis and maintain accuracy and quality
• Strong report writing skills.
• A good attention to detail
