As a member of a high performing team, the Compliance Administrator will be processing cases to the highest level of accuracy within fixed timescales. You will be liaising with external parties in an appropriate and professional manner, to make sure each case is completed efficiently and on time.

Based within recently renovated modern offices, the Compliance Administrator will work on a hybrid basis Monday to Friday 8am to 530pm.
Responsibilities:
- Completing all areas of the case management process accurately and efficiently through integrated user-interfaces.
- Issuing bespoke communications accurately to customers as required.
- Responding to complex queries with detailed and accurate answers.
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate the return of work within agreed service levels.
- Ensure that the task management system remains fully up to date at all times.
- Maintain all service level agreements set for your role by following the correct procedures.
- Keeping all logs updated for review in monthly management information packs.
- Flexible working approach providing support to other team members.
- Undertake training to ensure that you are following the current process.
- Implement and promote best practice methods throughout your work and behaviour.
- Liaise with other departments to maximise customer service.
- Take part in team meetings and deliver on your promises to ensure that best practise is met.
- Make recommendations to your team leader regarding standards, documents and environment.
Knowledge and qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ administration experience, ideally gained within a regulated sector such financial services
- Exceptional attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Minimum grade C at GCSE in Maths and English, ideally educated to A-level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly literate and numerate
- Possessing a strong focus on excellent customer service
- Able to work on own initiative with good organisational skills
