Position: Compliance AdministratorLocation: Hemel HempsteadSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum DOEBasis: Permanent As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that both the company’s clients are legally compliant and that the company itself remains contractually compliant. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills, alongside strong ability in Microsoft Office Suite. This office-based role offers a work schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm, paying up to £30,000 and offering 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. This is a permanent position. Compliance Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance jobs are completed in time to meet legal requirements and agreed client KPI’s.
  • Maintain accurate reference compliance data.
  • Highlight at-risk and overdue compliance work to contract managers.
  • Own all client compliance communication.
  • Schedule compliance jobs with appropriate engineers and confirm appointments with clients.
  • Monitor compliance schedules and update as required in response to high-priority reactive work and to ensure efficient engineer daily schedules.
  • Ensure all certificates and job cards are verified by appropriate supervisor and issued to clients within agreed timescales.
  • Issue accurate and timely invoicing and payment applications following completion of compliance jobs.
  • Monitor projects, follow-on work and other jobs that have compliance impact and issue the associated certificates.
 Compliance Administrator Requirements:
  • Excellent planning, organising and time-management skills.
  • Gas Heating industry experience.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and use initiative.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills to maintain and analyse data.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrates a professional and flexible approach.
  • Takes ownership of issues and sees them through to the end.
  • Knowledge of Job Management CRM software: Big Change or similar system.
  • Previous experience in a regulatory role or regulated environment.
