Salary: CompetitiveContract to 5th September 2025Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote (initially fully office-based for training)

Role Overview:As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the Registrations and Licencing department, ensuring the integrity of associate registrations across the UK, Ireland, and France. You will work alongside a dedicated team, promoting a culture of compliance while managing operational aspects of registrations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with the operational aspects of registrations, ensuring thorough due diligence before certification.
• Support weekly tasks including terminations, monitoring, and reporting.
• Foster a proactive culture of compliance and assist in the identification and mitigation of compliance risks.

Core Skills:

• Experience in a similar role within the financial sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organisation and external regulators.
• Strong analytical skills to assess documents for accuracy and risk.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of transactions under tight deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Some knowledge of the UK Certification Regime or the Irish Fitness and Probity regime is a plus.
