Compliance Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role involves a wide range of administrative duties including document management, data and risk management, quality improvement initiatives, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles within risk and compliance, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Document Management: Handle onboarding and off-boarding of clients and suppliers. Create, maintain, and archive contractual documents and correspondence.
- Data & Risk Management: Maintain accurate trackers and files for clients and suppliers. Update compliance documentation and assist in due diligence processes.
- Quality Improvement: Support the administration and documentation for internal audits and inspections related to ISO9001, CHAS, and Safe Contractor standards.
- Customer Service: Manage customer enquiries, support team members, and assist in maintaining and developing client and supplier relationships.
- Company Meetings: Take responsibility for recording details, taking minutes, producing agendas, and managing follow-ups for company meetings.
- Directors Support: Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Directors.
- Compliance Checks: Conduct right to work checks in line with UK employment law and manage IR35 status determination statement records.
- GDPR Compliance: Support the internal audit department in ensuring that data protection practices are compliant with GDPR.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Compliance Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role with over 2 Years experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
