Description
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor, review, and ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards, including FCA guidelines, AML, KYC, and GDPR.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them, ensuring the company remains compliant with evolving regulations.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct regular compliance audits, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Training & Support: Deliver compliance training to staff across the organisation and provide ongoing support to ensure understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
Profile
- Experience: Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst in the financial services industry, preferably within a FinTech environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK financial regulations, including FCA, AML, KYC, and GDPR.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess risks, and make sound recommendations.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory requirements clearly and concisely.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
