This team provide advisory compliance support to our central support functions including finance, human resources, operations and technology. The team interprets and provides advice on a wide range of EMEA regulations relating to areas including client money, outsourcing, transaction reporting and cyber. You will also have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of businesses and stakeholders working with colleagues across EMEA and globally.   • 2 years' compliance experience, from a trading or operations environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory regimes around client money, transaction reporting or outsourcing
  • Experience of regulatory change projects
  • Experience of working with a broad range of regulatory topics and business
  • Good risk mindset and ability to problem solve
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with a range of stakeholders at different levels
