Key Responsibilities:• Conduct factory audits to ensure compliance with ethical standards, labour laws, and environmental regulations.• Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions.• Stay updated on industry regulations and prepare detailed compliance reports.• Support global compliance programs and drive sustainability efforts.

What We're Looking For:• Experience in factory auditing (fashion industry preferred).• Strong knowledge of ethical standards, labour laws, and sustainability.• Excellent communication and analytical skills.• A passion for ethical practices and continuous improvement.
