Our client is a leading provider of mechanical power transmission solutions for industrial applications, combining almost three centuries of combined gear engineering expertise with global manufacturing to service customers in commodities, marine, defence, power, industrial and consumer markets.

We are seeking a highly organised Compliance Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support to our Clients Security Controller (SC) and senior managers. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients personnel and security data is updated and assist in maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for Personnel and Physical Site Security functions.
  • Assist in completing pre-vetting checks (BPSS) and supporting the National Security Vetting process.
  • Maintain and monitor the Personnel Security Vetting register.
  • Support security awareness training sessions and help manage aftercare requirements for SC/DV clearances.
  • Issue and manage site access passes and update as necessary.
  • Assist in asset management, ensuring proper control, storage, and auditing of protectively marked materials.
  • Support in maintaining policies and procedures related to Personnel and Physical Security, including updating relevant databases and registers.
  • Help streamline processes and contribute to planning and delivering security-related projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and assist with audits and inspections.

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with National Security Vetting and personnel security processes.
  • Experience in security or defence environments would be an advantage.
