Compliance Data Analyst
Pareto Apprenticeships are a fast-growing provider of Sales, Digital and Management apprenticeships. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a data analyst to join the Compliance team. Managing and analysing data is a vital part of the Compliance teams work to provide reliable data for our learners, employers and staff throughout their apprenticeship journey. You will join a dynamic team of dedicated staff to enhance a high-quality apprenticeship journey.

Role Description:
The Compliance Data Analyst role will become the main point of contact in the division for data queries, requests and development. The role will require an understanding of the ESFA funding rules to enable the person in the role to effectively analyse the data and report on any discrepancies or trends.
The data analyst will support the Head of Compliance & MIS to pull and distribute regular reports to other divisions and stakeholders within the business. The role will require the upkeep of existing reports but also the development of new reports and dashboards that will further enhance the experience of our staff, learners and employers.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Create, update, develop and maintain a suite of internal reports and dashboards
Conduct detailed data analysis across a range of data sources
Provide data to Head of Compliance & MIS on a monthly basis on performance against team KPI's
Create and manage weekly/monthly reporting and forecasts to the ASLT
Complete timely monthly submission of the ILR batch file to the ESFA in accordance with company policy and ILR Specification set by the ESFA
Ensure all funding errors on the ILR submission are cleared before final ILR upload each month
Run the monthly PDSAT report and work with wider team to fix any errors
Populate and share financial reporting and forecasts with ASLT and the finance team
Provide invoicing information to finance and log received payments in the ILR
Support with financial queries to and from finance and employers
Ensure the ILR is accurate and process any changes promptly (withdrawals, BIL's, return from BIL etc.)
Regularly update and check the QAR data
Review FRM reports regularly and action as required
Analyse monthly ESFA payments compared to our expected income and report on any discrepancies
Support the Compliance and Sales teams to clear DLOCKs
Provide weekly reports to the functional skill and ALN teams
Pull and edit reports from the MIS
Adhoc data requests and cleansing
Development Opportunities:
