Castlefield Recruitment are supporting a Greater Manchester Housing Association to recruit an interim Compliance Manager. The role requires candidates to be in the office 4 days a week and is offering £30 - £34 an hour.
Compliance Manager - Housing Association – About The Role:
- Assist the Operations Director in the effective leadership and management of the statutory compliance service, managing the compliance related risks within the compliance risk register
- Manage contractors delivering health and safety work programmes
- Responsible for tender processes, procurement and management of service contracts
- Manage the core compliance service for corporate and housing assets, ensuring all regulatory and legislative responsibilities for gas, asbestos, legionella, electrical, fire safety, lifts and associated mechanical and electrical services are achieved
Compliance Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Experience in statutory compliance within a social housing or local authority setting
- Proven track record managing statutory compliance contracts
- Knowledgeable on health and safety management
