Compliance Manager - Ryder Reid Legal Ltd : Job Details

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance Manager to join the exceptional team of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients at either their London or Dubai office.Our client is renowned for advising clients on significant transactions and disputes, crafting creative legal strategies tailored to complex, high-stakes matters.

The Role: As a Compliance Manager, you will support the Middle East Money Laundering Reporting Officers, AsiaPac Compliance Partners, and global Compliance team. Your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing AML/CTF procedures, managing Compliance Specialists in the Middle East and AsiaPac regions, and fostering a compliance-aware culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with AML/CTF, CDD, and screening policies.
• Provide risk-based regulatory interpretation for new clients and matters.
• Lead and train Compliance Specialists.
• Monitor regional AML/CTF developments and update policies.
• Oversee compliance monitoring and address concerns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a global law firm or regulatory body.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Expertise in UAE, KSA, Singapore, and Hong Kong AML/CTF compliance.
