Compliance Manager Monitoring - Eames Consulting : Job Details

Eames is currently working with a global insurance carrier on the appointment of a Compliance Manager to join their international team in London. As a Compliance Manager, you will provide monitoring services the firm's governing bodies and a range of business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·Draft and implement the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.

·Support stakeholders in designing controls to address identified weaknesses.

·Compile Compliance Monitoring reports for Board and Committee meetings, highlighting compliance levels and control effectiveness.

·Monitor and report on progress regarding remedial actions from compliance findings.

·Collaborate with Assurance functions for unified oversight and reporting.

·Contribute to the development of the annual Compliance Plan and departmental procedures.

·Support the Head of Compliance in implementing the Plan and managing the Compliance function.

Requirements:

·Extensive knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. FCS, PRA, CBI and BMA.

·Proven experience in a managing agent or general insurance environment.

·Comprehensive understanding of the Compliance Monitoring role.

·Experience managing a small team.
