Compliance Monitoring Manager - High Finance (UK) Limited T/A HFG : Job Details

A leading insurance firm, that operates in the Lloyd's market, is currently seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager.

Working on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office), you will:

• Develop and improve compliance monitoring policy and procedures
• Prepare the monitoring plan
• Conduct thematic reviews
• Design controls where appropriate

You will need to have a detailed knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (FCA, PRA) and at least 5 years experience of working in compliance for a managing agent or general insurer.
