You will use your knowledge, experience, and skills to provide timely, top-quality compliance monitoring services to a range of business stakeholders and to the firm's governing bodies. (Lloyds, FCA, PRA)What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need a strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, a thorough understanding of Compliance Monitoring, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must act with integrity, due skill, care, and diligence, and pay due regard to the interests of customers while observing proper standards of market conduct.If you have at least five years of relevant experience in a Managing Agent or general insurer and experience managing a small team, we want to hear from you.
