The Compliance Monitoring Officer will be responsible for delivering compliance tests, maintaining excellent record keeping, and engaging with business units to ensure positive compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver defined monitoring tests to assess the firm's compliance with regulatory and legal obligations
• Maintain meticulous records in alignment with the Compliance Monitoring plan
• Engage with business units pre and post-testing, verifying completion of actions
• Contribute to the evolution and design of testing sheets under managerial direction
• Support compliance reporting and regulatory notifications as required

Required knowledge and experience

• Experience in a compliance monitoring role within the financial services industry.
• Experience in delivering regulatory change within a firm.
• Experience in applying root cause analysis to findings in order to create effective actions.
• Relevant qualifications through industry body or educational institution.
• Proficient in English required.
• Fluent in either French and / or German
