Our client is a market leading retail and financial services business who are recruiting the newly created role of Compliance Officer.

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the firm meets all its regulatory obligations and managing any associated risks.

Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you will provide expert advice and support on key regulatory issues, develop compliance frameworks, and conduct regular monitoring to ensure we stay compliant.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide guidance on regulatory obligations and keep the business updated on relevant laws.
• Help create and implement effective compliance policies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and challenge approaches where necessary.
• Ensure the business meets key regulations, including CCA 1974, FSMA 2000, and PSRs 2017.
