Compliance Officer - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Compliance Officer for a growing Financial Services organisation in the Caerphilly area.

The Compliance officer will assist the Head of Compliance in overseeing the ongoing regulatory compliance and ensuring that a robust compliance culture is in place.

You will

• Provide support to the business on interpretation of regulation including FCA rules, Data Protection and Financial Crime.
• Advise the business through regulatory change projects, providing direction and clear regulatory guidance to the leadership and operations teams.
• Review any financial promotions or internal procedural changes to ensure they comply with regulation and provide feedback to the Business.
• Support the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan by carrying out monitoring activities in line with the plan.
• Agree and monitor actions arising from the monitoring activity with key stakeholders in the business.
• Oversee the Compliance and Data Protection inbox, ensuring all records are maintained and up to date and any incidents or breaches are reported and assessed.
• Review, update and maintain compliance policies to ensure that they reflect current regulatory requirements and are communicated clearly to all staff.

On offer

A salary of up to £38,000 plus generous bonus and package. Hybrid working
