Compliance Officer - Niyaa People : Job Details

We are actively looking for a Compliance Officer to join a housing association in Birmingham on a 6 month temporary basis. In return you will receive hybrid working and opportunity for the role to become permanent. As the Compliance Officer, you will be:

• Support and deliver the compliance programmes including repairs, servicing and installation services
• Supporting the gas team to input data taken from the contractor reports
• Liaising with tenants to provide support, book in repairs an servicing where required and complaint handling
• You will be working with the wider compliance team and managing your own diary

Experience required for the role:

• Experience working in a compliance team across the big 6
• Social housing experience
• Strong excel background

In return as the Compliance Officer, you will receive:

• £30-31 phr
• 6 month contract with review to become a permanent role
• Hybrid working
• Mileage covered
