Our Team
We currently have an opportunity within our Chief Controls Office (CCO), for a Compliance & Reporting Manager. It may not be an exciting title, but it is an exciting role! You will work in the Compliance & Reporting (C&R) Team and will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing embedding of Consumer Duty across the bank. We will be the ‘central point' to coordinate and oversee activity to deliver improving customer outcomes. In the wider team, you will also support the risk management activities within CCO and across the Chief Operating Office (COO), including attestations, reporting and SME guidance.
This role cuts across multiple areas of the Bank so we are looking for self-motivated, proactive individuals who have great communication skills and who are ready to make a real difference. This is a great opportunity to broaden your experience in risk management and build your network across the Group.
