- Kitting and lay-up operations, including cutting kit of materials for build sequence, warp and weft.
- Lay-up material on to mould surface correct orientation and build sequence
- Carry out Tool preparation including clean and apply release agent
- Cure operations to agreed engineering methods and processes using various plant and process equipment (Autoclaves, Ovens and Vacuum pumps).
Composite FitterEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Work to complex engineering drawings and with moulds to produce high precision composite components.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Previous experience working with composites
- Experience of assembling, building, fitting and creating composites parts and products
