**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the Marine Design Department to clarify and address any queries on production drawings.- Interpret and execute basic technical drawings- Assist in de-moulding parts from moulds and assembling parts and panels as per instructions.- Participate in various aspects of the lamination process.- Ensure all tools and machinery are functioning correctly, reporting any issues to the HSE officer immediately.- Conduct visual inspections of moulds and oversee the building and assembling of parts and panels.- Ensure adequate resources in terms of manpower and materials, communicating any delays or additional needs to the Production Coordinator and Planner.- Lead and train the workforce, ensuring full compliance with all aspects of the boat build.
**Skills and Experience Required:**
- 3-5 years of experience in boat building / marine / similar manufacturing with a strong focus on composite materials and the processes involved- At least 2 years proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
