We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Science Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in the Bromley area. This role is initially part-time but could become full-time if the candidate can teach an additional subject. The position starts in January or April, ideal for a Good or Outstanding teacher looking for a new challenge.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Support the growth and development of the Computer Science department.
- Plan and monitor engaging lessons, assessing student progress effectively.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, enhancing students’ learning experience beyond the classroom.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary level.
- A deep passion for education and a commitment to helping every student achieve their full potential.
- Inspirational communication skills, with the ability to motivate and challenge students.
- Creative thinking skills to enhance student engagement and learning.
