About the Role:
Hyperion Partners is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a premier Build to Rent provider, for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Concierge. This vital role is based in London and involves delivering exceptional service to residents, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Assist residents with various inquiries and requests, including maintenance issues, deliveries, and local information.
- Maintain security by monitoring access to the building, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with security procedures.
- Coordinate with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation of the building and communal areas.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
- Manage the booking and use of communal facilities, such as meeting rooms and lounges.
- Oversee the management and distribution of keys and access cards.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance requests, and other relevant activities.
- Ensure the lobby and communal areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Foster a sense of community among residents by organizing and promoting social events and activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of building security and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and handling administrative tasks.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
