I'm hiring an experienced Conference Producer who is fluent in English and German.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Conference producer to join an international commercial B2B content and events business that creates and delivers large-scale business events across the globe.

The Conference Producer Job

As a Fluent English and German speaking Conference Producer, your role will be varied and fast-paced. What will you be doing?

• Market research - identify top trends, topics and challenges that can be addressed in an innovative and engaging agenda.
• Speaker Recruitment - Identify and secure senior level speakers. Seek referrals and build your network. Meet your speaker targets.
• Use your English and German languages to communicate with external stakeholders such as advisory boards.
• Work with the internal marketing, sales, event operations and audience development teams to support each event campaign
• Wrote content in German for social media, website etc
• continually grow your professional network and build strong relationships with key industry professionals
• Project manage the event, and drive the event forward.
• Collaborative team working, sharing updates and information
• Post event analysis
• Develop new ideas and strategies to grow your events and continue to improve the event format and experience each year
• Keep the company CRM updated and complete relevant admin
• Attend/lead internal and external meetings
• Travel to attend events

The person - This role would suit a commercially minded, creative, motivated and resourceful German speaking Conference Producer looking for a challenging position, that offers responsibility and long term career progression.

As a Conference Producer, you will be talking with business professionals and leaders every day, it’s a big part of your job, and you need to be confident, credible and able to absorb information and communicate effectively (spoken and written in English and German).

• An ambitious graduate with a 2:1 or a 1st Degree
• Able to take responsibility and work calmly under pressure
• Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills that support you to meet your deadlines and targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, you need to be confident in building and managing internal and external relationships
• Team orientated and able to lead a project
• Attention to detail
