Conference Producer - Redwood Publishing Recruitment : Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conference Producer to join this friendly and rapidly growing B2B subscription publisher. Developing and launching conferences to both existing and new markets, you will also identify opportunities for new live and online events. This position will be based in the company’s London offices, offering a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and two days from home.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed research with the target audience to develop highly compelling agendas
• Recruiting world-class speakers to deliver agendas
• Work with sponsorship sales to ensure targets for revenues are met
• Working with sponsorship sales to ensure targets for revenue are met
• Taking operational charge of the events on the day

The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial experience, the ability to work on multiple projects at once and will have a real drive for launching new events. You will be a communications professional with proven experience of working in a similar role from a B2B background. This role is available immediately, therefore early applications may be prioritised.
