A college in Shrewsbury is seeking a Construction Lecturer to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 weeks. The role involves teaching construction-based courses over 5 days a week, with an optional evening class.

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures on construction-related subjects to students.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials based on the curriculum requirements.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and examinations.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their learning process.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and overall performance.

• A qualification in a Construction-related subject.
• A teaching qualification or significant teaching experience in construction-based courses.
• Experience in delivering construction education to diverse student groups.
• A valid DBS check on the Update Service.
