A dynamic and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy in London are looking for a dedicated and personable Construction Project Manager to join their team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about managing high-value Commercial projects in one of the world's most vibrant cities.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in managing large scale, multi-storey Commercial projects, with project values of up to £200m. These projects include high-rise, luxurious commercial office buildings, leisure facilities, and mixed-use developments. You will oversee projects from any RIBA stage, typically from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading large-scale commercial projects, up to 100,000 sq foot in size.
• Managing the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensuring projects adhere to set budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

The Construction Project Manager

• Holds professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
• Is ideally accredited by RICS, APM, CIOB.
• Has prior experience in a Consultancy setting.
• Demonstrates a proven track record in handling projects valued at £20 million or more.
• Possesses strong Commercial sector experience and the ability to manage significant aspects of a project.
