Job Description :

We are currently seeking a Construction Services Officer for our client in the Construction industry, within the Public Sector.

This is a Temporary position, offering an hourly rate starting from £25 per hour Umbrella.

As a Construction Services Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Construction Team with their projects. Your responsibilities will include:

�?? Liaising with Surveyors in the team and maintaining accurate records for the section, including schools.

?? Providing updates on project progress and financial aspects to the Service Development and Compliance Team and Construction Programme Team.

?? Monitoring the activities of consultants working on projects.

?? Inputting information and financial changes into spreadsheets to meet the information requirements of the Team, the Service, and the Department.

?? Administering the Adaptations and fire protection servicing records processes, including coordination with Engineers and contractors.

?? Arranging meetings, exhibitions, and venues involving tenants, leaseholders, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other relevant parties.

?? Raising and authorising contractor invoices for payment, and agreeing on variations within agreed limits.

?? Providing cost information for the Service Charges section to facilitate accurate leaseholder charges.

?? Preparing reports requested by the Construction Programme Manager to initiate projects.

?? Processing invoices, monitoring contractor activities, and reporting to the Construction Programme Manager.

To be successful, you should have strong administration skills and be proficient in managing information and financial data. A Basic DBS check is required.
