You will be part of a team dealing with complex construction projects both nationally and internationally, acting for major clients in sectors including leisure & hospitality, retail, commercial, residential, healthcare and renewable energy.

Your work will include the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, including:

• JCT, EPC and NEC
• Collateral warranties
• Development agreements
• Joint venture agreements
