MONDAY - FRIDAY ROTATING SHIFTS: 08.00 - 16.00 / 09.00 - 17.00 / 10.00 - 18.00

£11.44 PER HOUR 

People Solutions are looking for a Call Centre Agent for our client based in Tamworth.

Day to Day Duties

• Handling incoming calls
• Liaising with customers and clients via telephone and email
• Assisting with general admin tasks
• Data entry
• Filing
• Work from home once the probation period is over

• Good level of English
• Good work ethic
• Must be able to work rotating shifts
