Interquest have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst that has experience of working on Contact Centre Migrations within a local government setting . Im ideally looking for eexperience of Cisco UCCX and IVR ( Interactive Voice Response), Voice-bot and Liberty Converse platform ( Netcall) or similar . You will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement as well as Telephony/Contact Centre Migration/ Business Process experience.
