MONDAY - FRIDAY ROTATING SHIFTS

08.00 - 16.00 / 09.00 - 17.00 / 10.00 - 18.00

£11.44 PER HOUR 

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Operative to join our well-established client based in Tamworth.

Day to Day Duties

• Handling incoming calls with excellent customer service
• Liaising with engineers to ensure efficient job handling
• Assisting with general administration duties, filing, copying, and data entry
• Using Microsoft Word and Excel programs

Essential Skills

• The ability to work as a team or alone
• Good customer service skills
• Good level of English
• Good work ethic
• Must be able to work rotating shifts

• Working within a similar environment
