Red Recruitment is recruiting a Contact Centre Trainer in Swansea to join our client, who provides support and solutions to their customers.
The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum and is an onsite, permanent position.
To be considered for this role you must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

- Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities of a Contact Centre Trainer:
- Delivering existing training to new and existing Contact Centre Agents
- Conducting inductions for new starters and ensuring all paperwork has been completed
- Running system training sessions throughout the year to ensure all Agents are kept up to date
- Evaluating trainee performance and providing feedback and support
- Identifying skills and knowledge gaps with the Agents and feeding back to the Team Leaders
Key Skills and Experience of a Contact Centre Trainer:
- Staying up to date with industry knowledge
- Previous experience as a Trainer is required
- Good contact centre knowledge is required
- Great people skills, and being able to lead and engage a team is required
- Experience using a variety of IT programmes is required
