WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
CONTENT CREATION
Create impactful digital training content usingcutting-edgeinteractive platforms and graphic design
Design high-impact quick guidesalignedwith modern learning trends
Develop andmaintaintraining presentations for classroom and virtual sessionsfromonboarding to in-life upskilling
Create consumer-facing content for retailpoint of sale
Ensure content is suitable for avariety of formats and touchpoints
RESEARCH
Research the latest trends in behavioural science and media consumption to engage audiences effectively
Tailor content to suit both traditional and digital learning habits. Ensurediverse audience needsare met
Leverage your understanding to reach new audiences and drive awareness through impactful content.
TRAINING DELIVERY
Deliver end-to-end train the trainer sessions across multiple teams and audience sizes
Champion high energy engagement and be a charismatic presenter
Act as a Master Trainer to inspire and set the benchmark as a presenter
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Lead projects with channel partners and third-party vendors to meet diverse needs
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth collaboration
PRODUCT/INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE
Serve as a Samsung product expert.
Delivertrain-the-trainer sessions across various teams.
Integrate soft skills and sales journey insights into content for channel partners and vendors
Leverage social platformexpertiseto ensure copywriting aligns with brand guidelines and project tone
EVALUATE
Capture training needs across business functions and find innovative ways to deliver key messages
Leverageexpertisein multi-user learning scenarios, using insights and competitor analysis to drive content innovation
Measure the effectiveness of training through KPIs and metrics, with a strong commercial focus toidentifynew opportunities and improve outcomes
