Your new companyHays are representing an award-winning marketing agency to recruit a Content Creator in Belfast to create engaging and original social content for clients and business needs.Your new roleAs Content Creator, you will create mobile-first long and short form video and still content for various platforms that align perfectly with the goals, tone, visual style, and target audience of each of our client's brand and clients.You will be responsible for:*Developing Social Media Strategies: Formulate strategies that align with client objectives, tone of voice, visual identity, and target audience.*Lead Content Ideation and Conceptualisation: Spearhead the creation of content ideas for clients while collaborating effectively within a larger client team.*Trend Monitoring and Implementation: Serve as the primary resource for trending content, viral trends, and industry updates, and guide the team on how to leverage these trends for various audiences.*Ensuring Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all stages of creative work.*Planning and Manage Content Calendars: Organise and schedule content to be published at optimal dates and times.*Analyzing Social Performance: Track KPIs, analyze social media performance, and recommend and implement content adjustments for optimal results.*Creating High-Quality Written Content: Produce excellent written copy for social media posts, on-screen graphics, subtitles, and other related content.*Engaging in Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledgeWhat you'll need to succeed*Demonstrable experience in ideas and execution of social campaigns.*Demonstrable experience in content creation in a similar capacity and at a similar output level.*Excellent writing skills for selling posts, onscreen graphics, subtitles*Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills*Skilled in video and photo editing software (CapCut and Canva minimum)*Familiarity with the best practices of various social platforms to create ideal platform-specific content e.g. formats, lengths and styles.*Results driven with ability to meet deadlines *Excellent organisational and project management skills.*Ability to create, develop and communicate ideas.*Enthusiastic and dependable.* Strong presentation skills.Desirable Criteria*Meta Ads certification or GA4 certification* Animation skillsWhat you'll get in returnSalary of £26,000- £32,000 depending on experience, enhanced annual leave, pension, private healthcare after probation, mental health and wellbeing initiatives, paid professional memberships, and much more.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call Caitlan Murphy now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
