Your new companyWorking for a company based in Taunton who specialise in marine data.This role is a contract for 6 months and is hybrid - however, you must be based locally to enable you to attend work in Taunton.Please do not apply if you are unable to do this. The role is on an umbrella basis of £340 per day.Working hours Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day.Your new roleThe Content Marketing Manager will be at the heart of delivering the companies' content strategy, driving the creation of engaging and impactful content, and producing high-quality brand assets that amplify the companies' global position. You will play a key role in shaping consistent and compelling communications across all channels, influencing customer, partner, and stakeholder perceptions to drive desired behaviours and outcomes.Working closely with the Head of Brand and Content and the Campaigns team, you will lead the development of creative assets across owned, earned, and paid channels-including the corporate website, social media platforms, events, and speaker engagements. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and corporate brand building.As a visionary storyteller, your expertise will be vital in crafting targeted and impactful communications that highlight organisations' innovative solutions and position its next-generation products as the premier choice in digital navigation. With a focus on delivering high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences, you will help enhance company brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth objectives.This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by shaping narratives that resonate with global audiences, reinforcing the company's market leadership, and promoting its pioneering vision in the evolving world of digital navigation.
What you'll need to succeedMinimum 5 years experience in a similar roleContent creation experienceCopywriting skillsCampaign concept - be able to take ideas and create email marketing, videoing, blog posts, speech writing Ability to tailour content to different audiencesCreative & good at story telling Ability to understand technical wording A background in maritime would be ideal, but not essential.
