The role - As Content Marketing Manager will bring a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. With your creative eye, you will be working with copywriters to ensure the copy is engaging across all channels including the website, social posts, print, and online and offline ads.  You will also be highly organised and a great communicator as you take on some project management responsibilities, liaising with external creative agencies or freelancers to internal channel managers and stakeholders.

The Content Marketing Manager will be required to do the following:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy.
• Build, manage and deliver a comprehensive editorial calendar to ensure the timely delivery of content across various digital platforms from website to social media. 
• Oversee the creation of visually compelling and multimedia-rich content assets.
• Create all articles, and PR content with and without external support 
• Create and edit on-brand short-form video content with and without external support.
• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions. Utilise these data-driven insights to formulate recommendations that optimise content strategy.
• Conduct research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis.
• Manage daily organic social media activities and engagement. 

The successful Content Marketing Manager will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Ideally 5+ years' experience managing content and social media 
• Expert creative understanding of major social media platforms (especially Tiktok & Meta)
• Skilled using SEMRush plagiarism checker to Hootsuite and social creative execution 
• Creative, camera-friendly, and passionate about the customer
• Nice writing style (copy writing skills desirable but not essential)

The Content Marketing Manager will be rewarded with a competitive salary of circa £32,000, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
