Established for over 150 years, they provide high-quality legal services to domestic and international clients, including developers, local authorities, housing associations and financial services firms.The firm's Contentious Construction team primarily caters to public and private developers of social housing and local authorities executing large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. The team handles post-Grenfell fire safety defects and latent defects in construction. The team represents a wide range of clients, including large-scale residential developers, main contractors, and specialist subcontractors, in various dispute resolution processes. The team's lawyers specialise in dispute resolution work involving litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, adjudication and arbitration. This work covers all aspects of construction and asset management. They also clients on all aspects of European procurement law and regularly act for contracting authorities and economic operators in procurement disputes.
The team are now seeking an experienced Contentious Construction Solicitor with at least 4 years' experience to join their offices in London.
