Job Location: Birmingham city / Shirley

Salary: £60,000+ DOE

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
• 1-hour lunch break
• Total: 37 hours per week

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Our client is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor with over 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), demonstrating a strong track record in managing complex probate disputes.
• Client Care: You will possess outstanding client care and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
• Network: The ideal candidate may have established contacts within the local market and a following of work, which will enhance our client’s reputation and client base.
• Communication: As a confident communicator, you should be comfortable engaging in business development and networking activities, actively seeking opportunities to promote the firm’s services and expand its reach.
• Qualifications: Ideally, you will be ACTAPS qualified; however, this is not a strict requirement, and applications from candidates with relevant experience are encouraged.
