Contentious Probate & Trusts Solicitor – Bristol 

This well-established Bristol based law firm is looking to hire a Contentious Probate & Trusts Solicitor, ideally with at least 3 years' post qualification experience.

The Role: 

• Manage claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975
• Disputes over will validity, testator capacity and estate administration
• Advise both charities and private wealth disputes 
• Liaise with other teams including mental capacity, tax & family 

Your Experience:

• 3+ years PQE within Contentious Probate
• Ideally with STEP or ACTAPS qualifications – if not, then support to gain this 
• Proven experience with contested Wills & Inheritance claims
• Strong knowledge of inheritance, CGT and income tax in estate planning
