Contentious Probate Solicitor – Southampton

An exciting opportunity has become available for a junior Solicitor to join a Contentious Private Client team, where you can progress and develop your career. The team acts for a range of national household charities and a high-net-worth nationwide private client base.This leading Legal 100 law firm in the Southampton area is looking for a Solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE Contentious Trusts and Estates to join a busy, private client team that is expanding with this critical hire. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder, through training and development.

You will be handling a varied caseload and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients, including private wealth disputes, will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore & offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and Court of Protection disputes.

The role will combine office working and remote working from home.Your role as a Contentious Wills, Trusts and Estates Solicitor will involve:
