As, Continuous Improvement Lead, you’ll be joining our Sales Excellence and Support Team and will support our Corporate Sales Excellence Manager. Your overarching focus will be the identification and implementation of sales process optimisation, with the aim of improving efficiency and effectiveness within Corporate Sales. You’ll identify where processes need improvement; implement these changes; as well as lead on existing optimisation projects such as the roll-out of new software across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Accountability for routine optimisation duties and responsibilities
- Supporting the sales optimisation strategy by delivering change, using appropriate technology and skills
- Identifying inefficiencies and opportunity for improvement - feeding into the key work streams and deliverables
- Utilise experience and knowledge of processes and systems to support an effective sales process across multiple channels
- Contribute to the identification and development of innovative sales support processes and tools to drive best practice across the division
