Food Manufacturing – Andover

Circa £33k + amazing benefits package (health, huge discounts & more)

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm (some flexibility)

Duties of the successful Continuous Improvement & Training Officer will involve:

• Ensure that all training programmes & metrics are maintained and incorporate any new processes witting training manuals in a timely manner
• Support health and safety training ensuring that each and every employer is aware of the companies policies
• Give staff inductions training new employees on the companies policies & procedures
• Lead minor kaizen project and monitor effectively
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required experience & characteristics

• At least 1 years’ experience working as a training officer for a food manufacturer or food grower
• Confident with a clear & professional communication style
• Six Sigma (yellow below) + train the trainer certificate a distinct advantage
• Live within commutable distance to Andover
• Driven, organised and enthusiastic
