Continuous Integration Engineer - Technical Futures Ltd : Job Details

An established Technology Company with quality at the heart of all software development seeks a Site Reliability Engineer / Continuous Integration Engineer who has worked with Continuous Integration systems (Jenkins or TeamCity) and Configuration Management automation (Ansible or Terraform) across Linux and/or Windows platforms.

The successful Site Reliability Engineer will ideally bring a Computer Science Degree and will have 2+ years commercial IT experience to play a key role in further developing the company’s integration services and other systems.

The ideal SRE / Continuous Integration Engineer will bring:

• A BSc in Computer Science or 5 years working in an IT role with AWS experience.
• Competence working with Continuous Integration Systems ideally Jenkins or TeamCity.
• Linux and / or Windows systems administration.
• Configuration Management automation ideally Ansible and Terraform.
• Working with virtualization solutions ideally VMware.
• Scripting languages such as Python, bash or Powershell.
• Good to see experience of working with metrics and dashboards such as Telegraf and Prometheus.

A generous salary will be offered with a base of up to c£74k (for 5+ years relevant experience) plus 25 days holiday, Contributory Pension Scheme, Private medical, lots of learning and development opportunities and hybrid working once established (2 days in office / 3 WFH on average).
