About Us

Our Building Services division offers comprehensive Facilities Management across the UK. We provide mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance on both a planned and reactive basis. The Role

We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our Commercial Property Maintenance team in Central London. Your mission will be to ensure our delivery performance aligns with contract obligations and business processes, all while maintaining budget expectations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Oversee Building Services staff to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Manage KPIs and SLAs to optimize resource use and meet targets.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with H&S and environmental standards on site.
  • Operational Excellence: Write schedules, undertake HV switching, and ensure smooth contract mobilization.
  • Quality Control: Manage quality procedures and site P&L accounts.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships and manage daily interactions.
  • Recruitment: Ensure the site is adequately staffed with both temporary and full-time employees.
  • Reporting: Handle all required reports for both clients and management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in delivering Hard Services FM contracts.
  • Business development experience.
  • Management qualifications.
  • Experience managing large commercial sites with values over £1.5m annually.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload.
