Are you a passionate Catering Contract Manager located in or around the East Anglia region? If so, we'd love you to join our team where you will be responsible for our education sites within East Anglia.

This role sits within our Education division - catering for students. What you'll be doing...

As a Contract Manager, you will proactively manage teams in multiple sites as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting Site Managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Elior Experience Communication & Integration: Ensure that all aspects of the Elior experience are communicated and embedded within the sites, supporting site managers and Service Champions as needed.
• Financial Growth & Performance: Drive financial growth through cost control, culinary excellence, and effective merchandising. Implement, monitor, and evaluate results within site teams to exceed financial targets.
• Site Management Oversight: Oversee Site Management within the area to ensure proactive team management on site.
• Recruitment & Development: Recruit high-calibre site managers, develop their skills, and drive them to excel in succession planning, recruitment, training, and people development to deliver high-quality service.
• Team Communication & Relationship Building: Ensure ongoing team communications, including building strong internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain proactive relationships with clients to exceed expectations and retain business.
• Menu Planning & Design: Innovate menu planning and design within specified budgets, ensuring high standards of food presentation and portion/quality control across the area.
• Contract Mobilisation/Demobilisation: Plan, lead, and deliver effective mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts, coordinating with relevant support functions.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

• Extensive Experience in contract catering, within a multi-site, management role
• Ability to demonstrate experience in leading, inspiring, and motivating a large and diverse team
• Proven experience of working closely and successfully with clients
• Confidence in numbers and P&L management
• Having a good eye for detail and strong commercial awareness would be an advantage
